Here Come the Obesity Police, From Los Angeles, of Course.

July 29th, 2009 · No Comments

Maybe they haven’t thought of the thousands of poor anorexic young ladies that are spurred on by the bulemic Hollywood starlets who purge themselves to wear size zero dresses. These young ladies couldn’t lift a child or carry a bag of groceries for a family, but they are teeny-tiny, which is okay, by Hollywood standards.

Gates Gate, Whooping Cranes, Michael Vick, Senior Health Care

In fact, it was so local and so racially insignificant that even Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton didn’t have anything newsworthy to comment on it. Only the President, who should be above race baiting, made this a racial issue by jumping stupidly to conclusions without having the facts.

Obama’s Police and Professor Gates Snafu

July 23rd, 2009 · 1 Comment

Shame on the professor, and shame on Obama for even stepping into this fracas. Obama is again playing the Race Card he used so frequently during his campaign. I think, that maybe, he too has a chip on his shoulder.

Obama and His Death Counselors

July 21st, 2009 · 4 Comments

It also reminds me of the TV show, “The Dinosaurs”, where every year they had a “HURLING DAY”. The entire population would go to the top of the highest cliff nearby and everyone who had turned 70 that year would be hurled over the edge. Who knew then how prophetic it would be.

Glenn Beck Gets Into Tea Party Banning in Rhode Island

July 15th, 2009 · No Comments

They were banned forever from the parade because one gentleman, who was not part of the float, had been walking the parade route for an hour and a half with his 10 or 11 year old son handing out little pocket editions of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

Follow-Up On Tea Party Blog

Tea Party SNAFU in Providence, Rhode Island

July 12th, 2009 · No Comments

Rhode Island was one of the earliest places where true freedom sprang up in America. I had hoped they remembered their founding principles and were fervent in promulgating their belief in freedom and liberty. Apparently, they have caved to the liberal, politically correct, left-speak that floods our countries, Northeastern and Western states.

Health Care Costs and Government Regulation

July 2nd, 2009 · No Comments

Nobody (except the federal government) seems to care about these things. We are content to let the market keep track of how much we pay for them. Why should we worry about health care? What is so important about it that we need to knock the cost down? Look at another critical facet of American life where the costs have risen exorbitantly and no one seems to care, or at least protest.

US 500th City to Log in to Mustangrambles: Macon, Georgia

July 2nd, 2009 · No Comments

Macon is an old Georgia town, ignored by General Sherman, and still has its’ section of old stately, Victorian homes. It is a good place for industry and business and a nice place to live, or so say the Maconites I have known.
