JACKSON, WYOMING: 1000TH US CITY TO VISIT MUSTANG

Jackson, Wyoming became the 1000th US city to visit these pages. Jackson, just south of Yellowstone National Park, in the northern end of Jackson Hole, and just east of the Grand Teton Mountains is a winter headquarters for fun, sun, and snow and a massive Elk herd.

Florianopolis, Brazil: 500th Foreign City to Visit Mustangrambles

Now, using an internet program, I can usually tell which city visits, but no more detail than that. Often, cities are missed because they run through a massive central server and I cannot identify with that. A good example is Switzerland, which has only one computer in Zurich apparently, because that is as close as I can get.

Monroe, Michigan is 800th Visitor to Mustang. Fostoria Ohio is 799.

It’s only been a month since the 700th city visited this site and now we have an 800th city checking in.
I know nothing about Monroe, Michigan, but according to its’ website, it is located 17 miles north of Toledo and 35 miles south of Detroit. It was founded in 1785, and looks like a [...]

400th Foreign City to Visit Mustangrambles.com: Nogano, Japan

Nogano is in middle of the large island of Honshu, and hosted the 1998 Winter Olympics. Nine of the twelve largest mountains of Japan are in the Nogano Province. With all that altitude nearby, it must be a beautiful place to live and a winter wonderland.

BP Finds Huge Oil Deposits in Gulf of Mexico

US 500th City to Log in to Mustangrambles: Macon, Georgia

Macon is an old Georgia town, ignored by General Sherman, and still has its’ section of old stately, Victorian homes. It is a good place for industry and business and a nice place to live, or so say the Maconites I have known.
