I never saw a movie about a more beautiful place and
how horrible this place is, because there just aren’t any about
post-destruction society movies or places portrayed in movies that are
more beautiful than ours.

December 21st, 2009 · 1 Comment

When I was young, on a cross-country ride, my son played in the back where the seats were down and he had plenty of room to lay down and stretch out in the trunk if he wanted to. He could also climb up to the front and sit on his knees so he could [...]

ClimateGate: The Uncle No One Recognizes

December 8th, 2009 · No Comments

Pride and not reason is the main cause for the non-reporting by the media and by the refutations of those in power who have staked their reputations on the inconvenient untruths spouted by charlatans like Al Gore and the leaders at the CRU and UN.

Life, Liberty, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS: Part 3

November 21st, 2009 · No Comments

The grasshopper should not suck up the ant’s hard earned wages. As any farmer knows, too many grasshoppers can ruin the crop, just as too many people on the public dole can ruin the society. The ant who freely chose to work hard and save up for winter should be allowed to keep his earnings. He pursued his happiness and “chose wisely”.

We Succeeded: The President is Revamping His Speech to Children.

September 3rd, 2009 · No Comments

The really sad thing is that the President, the Congress, the Democratic Party, and the Administration have run such a scary road fraught with socialist ideology, that so many of us would react so quickly and with the same thoughts.

President Obama will Indoctrinate Our Children

September 2nd, 2009 · No Comments

Turning young minds to a particular persuasion is not the point of an education. Education’s main purpose is to train young minds to question everything, seek the truth, and make informed decisions. Obama is trying to bypass this.

Health Care Costs and Government Regulation

July 2nd, 2009 · No Comments

Nobody (except the federal government) seems to care about these things. We are content to let the market keep track of how much we pay for them. Why should we worry about health care? What is so important about it that we need to knock the cost down? Look at another critical facet of American life where the costs have risen exorbitantly and no one seems to care, or at least protest.

President Obama’s Speech is a Doozy.

February 25th, 2009 · No Comments

The biggest question is how is he going to produce so many programs and reduce the deficit in four years. Of course, he could have been talking about the increase in the deficit, presidents like to mince their words and meanings. It just puzzles me how we are going to pay for all he promised and still save huge amounts of money. His two trillion saved over ten years is only about a 5% savings when you figure the total spent.
